The promise
No ad networks. No hidden money. In writing.
No banner ads. No ad networks following you around the internet. Nothing you do here is sold to advertisers or data brokers, and your photographs stay yours.
We do recommend things. Some are ours, some come from a small number of partners we have picked ourselves, and some of those arrangements pay us. Every one of them carries a label where you see it, so you never have to work out whether something is there on merit or because money changed hands.
What we will not do is quietly move things up your results. Places and Marketplace are ranked the same way for everybody, and anything paid sits alongside them wearing its label rather than pretending to be one of them.
Your £4.99 is what keeps that possible. A site funded by its members can afford to label the money. One funded by advertising cannot.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, any time, from your account page. You keep member access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my saved data if I cancel?
Your saved Garden Doctor checks and Garden Coach plans stay viewable for 30 days after your membership ends, giving you time to keep the ones that matter or export a copy.
Monthly or yearly? Can I switch?
Both, and yes. £4.99 a month or £44.99 a year (the yearly saves you a quarter). You can switch either way from your account page whenever you like.
How does payment work?
Card payment via Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Is there a free trial?
No, because the free tier is genuinely useful. 10 Doctor checks per month and a full Coach plan every year let you see what the tools actually do before you decide to pay.
